Every week in ISM is like a new set of playing cards, and the amount of grinding required depends on your fortune for the week. Unfortunately, this week for me was extremely hectic, especially with the approaching deadlines. Even though I have split up my work and organized my calendars, I can't help the stress and anxiety I feel when things are finally due. The original project that has been looming since the beginning of the school has finally kickstarted, and I was able to develop my ideas. Although I knew from the start that I wanted to make a business plan, I was not sure how to go about it on my own since my only experience was with a team and under the guidance of many mentors. However, through the process of writing my original work proposal, I was able to get a better idea about what I will need to do in order to succeed. Aside from the original work, this week was also filled with communicating with professionals and setting up interviews. I was able to confirm two interviews for next which I am extremely excited about, but I also would like to create new questions in order to get the best out of my interviews. All the prep work I have done for the past few weeks, connecting with new professionals on LinkedIn, and planning out my calendar are finally paying off. Next week, I will also start working on my original work simultaneous to my other assignments, and I am also looking forward to the Business Symposium.
