Cafe and Chill

Last week was more relaxing since it was only 3 days. I worked a lot on my action items. I used youtube to research how to write appropriate cold emails and messages. With my mentor's help, I was able to find manufacturers and white canvas shoes for cheap. I also found artists online for my shoe business, and cold emailed them. However, I did not get any responses as of yet. Additionally, I am also working on the pitch deck as I slowly put my idea together. I used SlideCarnival to pick a pitch deck that is professional as well as suitable for my idea.

I also had my mentor meeting virtually where I got the chance to ask questions about financials. Mr.Patry taught me more about profit and loss statements. We also talked about how I should design the price using profit and loss statements. He stated that in order to come up with an effective price we should use a profit margin. He also told me to use FedEx and USPS to figure out shipping prices.

I am extremely thankful for my meeting, and the fact that I have someone assisting me in developing my business.
